OTHELLO PLAY POSTER
The theater director had a few different ideas on how to approach this poster. We went through different iterations based on the symbolism in the Shakespearean play. The green eye of jealousy is what we finally decided to focus on, after playing with the Moore general’s sword and the idea of Iago being a serpent. We always knew the hand-kerchief needed to be represented in some way and felt like the final rendition was the most effective culmination of the main messages.
